"I enjoyed my 3 night stay at ModernSouthHotel in diani beach that I extended my stay an additional two nights after examining other more expensive properties. Modern South has a nice pool, superb service (thanks Felix, Juma, Lugo,Patrick) from people who care, the rooms are fine (not luxurious but everything you need w plenty of space nice shower water pressure and a great firm bed w nice linens (that amazingly are changed daily!). Also, the beach is a 30 minute walk or an easy 100bob/$1usd...

"From the moment we arrived at Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. Every member of the team was warm, attentive and incredibly professional – nothing was ever too much trouble. What stood out most for us was how personal the service felt: friendly smiles, remembering our preferences, and always checking that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. They created a relaxed, homely atmosphere while still being very efficient. The room was spotless and well presented, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the facilities are excellent – but it’s really the people who take this hotel to another level. We left feeling very well cared for and would happily return. Highly recommended."
