"Really enjoyed this hotel, the beds were really comfortable the room was very clean and had everything we needed for our last minute stay, the restaurant was nice, the coffee bar had a nice selection of grab and go breakfast items? We will definitely consider another stay"

"Good breakfast and excellent restaurant."

"This property is poorly maintained and unfortunately, I don’t think I would be back unless major renovations take place. The food was well done, and we do appreciate the complementary anniversary dinner, however, the preparation time is way too long. Furniture in the room needs to be deep cleaned. While I appreciate the upgrade of our room, the bottom of the bed frame looked as though there was mildew all over and I had to put a sheet to block the site of it. I believe with some renovations,...

"The room was very sparse, no coffee, water, blow dryer or cleaning service they give you 1 towel per guest , air conditioner didn’t cool after the first night, the property was fairly clean but very dated, the daily breakfast was good"

"The breakfast was too expensive and it should come with the room for the price I pay the staff was very helpful and I like where it situated everything you need is right around"

"Room was very clean, staff went above and beyond and truly anticipated my needs. Had an early check out and the front desk agent made my day by giving me a to go breakfast bag. Between knowing that a plaza was near by and the shuttle takes you and also the airport pick up and drop off was a plus. Loved it"

"The hotel was basic. The restaurant/bar is very good, exceptional employee at the bar and the staff is exceptional"

"Hotel bevind op uitstekende locatie. Alles op loopafstand. In het begin was het enorm wennen, want is een zelf incheck systeem met codes. Was veel uitzoeken. Zoals beschreven dat er concierge dienst, geld wisselbalie en mogelijkheden voor tour boeken waren er niet. Je ziet aleen de housekeeping. De dames van housekeeping doen hun uiterst best om dingen uit te leggen. Verder is er televisie, maar geen lokale zenders. Alleen streamingdiensten zoals netflix ( moet je eigen code hebben) of youtube."

"When I got to check in on Saturday the service received by the receptionist was great. It just got worse from there, no information on WiFi. It was raining heavily, if you have bags to carry you can literally slip and fall. The portion size for the breakfast, just forget it. It's very small and not worth it. Rooms not sound proof you can hear everything outside and vice versa."

"24 HOUR SECURITY, TO ME EVERY THING IS ON POINT, THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL, THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN, GO AROUND THE CORNER YOU CAN EAT, HAM, LAMB, JAM.TAKE IN A LITTLE STEEL PAN SILVER STARS STEEL ORCHESTRA IS ON THE AVENUE, MOST OF ALL THE PRICE IS RIGHT, ITS IN EXPENSIVE"

"I did not stay one night at this property. This is a 'drive thru' motel at best. I need a full refund. "

"The front desk staff was wonderful . She was so lovely I’m definitely staying there again"

"The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. "
