"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing from start to finish — the doorman, the reception team, and the room stewards were all so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Any time I needed something, they were incredibly responsive. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. The balcony was a lovely touch as well — very roomy and perfect for relaxing. The heated toilet seat was an unexpected luxury, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen area was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. At one point I requested an iron from housekeeping, and it arrived within minutes, which really impressed me. We ordered room service several times. The food was tasty and well-prepared, though it did arrive cold a few times, which was the only downside of the stay. Breakfast was a lovely experience each morning. There was plenty of choice, and the atmosphere was calm and quiet — a refreshing change from the usual busy breakfast rush in many hotels. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore. I also used the sauna a few times, and it was peaceful, clean, and never crowded. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The excellent staff, comfortable rooms, great facilities, and ideal location made it a really enjoyable stay."
