The owner, Mr Dass was very easy to communicate with, polite and even gifted a birthday cake to one of the guests (since it was her birthday that week). Overall we had a great experience. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in 30 mins earlier, based on my request. The service was exceptional, dinner at The Exchange was great, there was a minor incident that occurred; however, it was handled well by the management. The pool hours from 7am to 11pm, which allowed us to take a swim after dinner. Also the pool depth and dimensions are perfect for children and for accomdating multiple familes and maintaining social distancing....
