"This was an amazing find! The room was spacious with a separate dressing area and huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. The staff of this family-run hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Great value for money and definitely to be recommended. "

"Ottima soluzione per godersi la montagna da vicino. Accoglienza ottima, come tutto il personale: gentili e sorridenti Camera ( la nostra exclusive ) vista montagna spaziosa e moderna. Alcune pecche: abbiamo prenotato un matrimoniale… ci siamo trovati due letti singoli uniti, è stato fastidioso. Doccia un po’ datata e con segni d’usura. Nota di merito per i cuscini. Spa ottima. Sauna e bagno turco in particolare. Unica nota negativa la temperatura troppo bassa per la piscina interna....

"Qué agradable llegar a un hotel en el que te reciban con tanta amabilidad y disposición de ayuda por parte de Andrea. Estuvimos muy contentas con el hospedaje: muy limpio, amplio y con todos los servicios. Quizá lo que recomendaría es instalar un AA, pero en la época en la que fuimos había mucho calor, aunque es importante comentar que teníamos dos ventiladores de piso que nos ayudaron bastante, y además me parece que Tirano es un lugar de mucho frío, por eso las calefacciones con las que cuenta la habitación. Fuera de ello. Todo muy bien. 10 de 10."

"I have nothing but praise for this hotel. Location is beautiful. Extremely handy for train travellers and although it is located in a quiet pedestrianised street leading to a nice square, there is a lively atmosphere with lots of family owned bars and restaurants. The staff is the best! Our train was severely delayed which means we would be arriving after reception closed at 8pm. Alessia was extremely kind to send us very clear instructions on how to self-check in. However to our surprised she was still at reception waiting when we arrived and upgraded us to a suite, much to my teenage daughter's delight. The hotel also owns Merizzi, a restaurant literally two doors down. Italian food is always delicious but this restaurant is even better! All primi and secondi plates were super tasty and nice. Federico was very attentive and pleasant too. The room was super clean and modern with all that you would expect and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Very quiet too despite very close to the train station. Breakfast the following day was great with a lot of choice of hot and cold food offerings, plus pastries and Italian cakes (the torta della nonna was something else!) If we ever come back to the area we will definitely be staying in this hotel. :-)"
