For a relaxing time, this place is amazing…! Private sandy beach… the hotel and the staff are great…! I highly recommend. The only negative point is that there is nothing much accessible by a walking-distance, the car is required. Other than that: wow! Quiet and lovely place!

Perfect

Management and service staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms are large, clean comfortable. Beach is sand and good for children also. We were three rooms (family meeting), everyone was very pleased with the hotel. We enjoyed so much and prolonged our stay, and decided to meet here everyyear. I highly recommend especially for families. Thank you Cocos the Club Team. We are already looking forward to having more happy days with you.

Helpful staff

Resort was beautiful and very clean. Staff always tried to be helpful. Unfortunately there was very little at the resort and it was very far away from anything else. Drinks felt overpriced. half the beach was under construction and the surrounding area. A shop on site would of helped a lot or even better evening facilities.

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig und in die Jahre gekommen. Ruhig ist es nicht, das Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Beach Club, dort läuft ab mittags laut Musik, der Beach Club besetzt den gleichen Strandabschnitt - um zur Sportschule zu gelangen laufen sie immer alle an den liegen vorbei.

Prachtige accomodatie, het zag er precies uit zoals op de foto’s. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en erg lief! Hatice kwam elke ochtend een praatje maken, was altijd positief en vrolijk! Evenals mostafa die elke ochtend water kwam brengen! Het complex is veilig, er is 24/7 beveiliging en het parkeren was ook gemakkelijk op het terrein. Het avondeten in het restaurant was helaas niet naar ons smaak, beperkt in keuze en best prijzig, de snacks op het strand waren wel lekker. Zeker een aanrader om tot rust te komen. De accomatie zit vlakbij de marina en op 10 min rij afstand van alacati centrum. Kortom zeker een aanrader! 👌

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal im „Cocos the Club“. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit, insbesondere möchten wir Herrn Bilgi hervorheben, der unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gestaltet hat. Allerdings gibt es im Bereich der Zimmerhygiene noch Verbesserungspotenzial, hier sollte mehr Sorgfalt walten. Wir hoffen, dass dieser Punkt in Zukunft optimiert wird, damit wir auch weiterhin gerne wiederkommen.

Vi bodde i et rom med privat basseng i 3 netter. Rommene var veldig rene og fine. Heldigvis brukte vi det private bassenget alene fordi det ikke var noen som bodde i de andre 3 rommene, normalt deler 4 rom det private bassenget. Frokostalternativene er tilstrekkelige og det er gode alternativer, servitørene bringer og frisker opp drinkene dine. Stranden var veldig ren og vannet var veldig klart og vakkert, det var nesten ingen steiner. Jeg anbefaler det til alle.

Gecen sene ilk kez tanistigimiz Cocos The Club Solto, kalitesi ve hizmeti sayesinde, bu senede ağustos ayı içerisinde tatil planlarimizda yeraldi. Varış oncesinde, konaklama tarihleri icerisinde bizim için evlilik yildonumumuz olduğunu ve özel biseyler koymalarıni rica etmiştim. Özel isteklerimin yanında, ekstra özel jestler ile karşılaştık. Tatilimiz boyunca güzel bir atmosferde tatilimizi geçirdik. Gerek plaja yakınlığı, gerekse de geniş alanda yer alan butik bir otel oluşu sayesinde rahat ve ferah bir ortamı var. Ama en önemlisi çalışanların güler yüzlü yaklaşımları, eşime yapacağım supriz için yardımsever oluşları ve en önemlisi de hizmet kalitesini geçen seneye göre kat ve kat artırmış olmaları. Bu sayede güzel bir tatil geçirmemize vesile oldular. Bu sene ki tatil destinasyonuna Cocos The Club Solto Alacati'yi eklediğimiz için mutluluk duyduk ve bizim için ne kadar doğru bir karar olduğu birkez daha görmüş olduk.
