"Struttura antica e decisamente da rinnovare. Nel complesso la stanza era pulita e funzionale, ma è necessario prestare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli, ad esempio l’anta della doccia era rotta e da sostituire. Al check-in ho trovato un signore molto gentile ma che necessiterebbe di ulteriore formazione, sono arrivata alle 20 e mi è stato detto che non poteva farmi il check-in e avrei dovuto aspettare il sostituto alle 22. Per fortuna dopo qualche minuto abbiamo fatto effettivamente il check-in. Comoda la posizione vicino alla stazione, ma nel complesso non risoggiornerei."

Bellissime le sale affrescate. Unico neo che proprio non mi è piaciuto è che non fanno accedere alla SPA se non si è almeno in 2"

"We loved everything about this place! our host Gian, was great! We were a group of 10, mostly young adults and two teens. Gian was able to provide 2 extra small beds, so we could have all the girls together in one room. That worked out really well. I really wish we could have stayed longer and that the weather was nicer. Our stay was in January of 2026. One great plus was the fireplace!"

Federico is a fantastic host and we took advantage of his recommendations for private chefs and local dining/grocery shopping options. Todi is a stunning hilltop town with great dining options. The EMI supermarket, about 12 minutes drive is ideal for all your grocery and beverage needs.The pool was large and immaculate and we took full advantage.We are already planning a return visit."

Tre frigoriferi per consentire di raffreddare acqua e quant'altro.Accoglienza e disponibilità di Giuseppe eccezionali.Nei dintorni servizi disponibili e imbarazzo della scelta circa luoghi da visitare.Suggerimenti per la proprietà. Rinnovare rubinetti, doccini e tende bagno sarebbe doveroso. Con le zanzariere si potrebbe aiutare a prevenire l'accesso a ospiti della casa non paganti.Nel complesso un soggiorno riposante in un luogo tranquillo."
