"The place is really clean, nice and modern. Lots of great social spaces and places to chill. Lots of events and good food at reasonable prices. We stayed in one of the micro rooms - pipe room. My only fault was that these can get very hot - it would be good if they installed a fan inside."

"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel at ease. The grounds were perfectly groomed and maintained with spectacular views of the volcano. Our favorite was ordering food and then eating in the garden.we stayed in one of the towers. The room was small but had everything we needed. Food was fresh and delicious! Great cocktails and they even had an IPA available. 10/10 would return and recommend to anyone staying in the area. "

"The people are nice, their breakfast is nice, their Wi-Fi is very slow, but it works. However, the barking dogs are insane. There are so many all around and they never stop in the afternoon and evening. They also gear up in the early morning at times."

"The location is great, and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the hammock on the terrace is absolutely amazing. I also loved the thoughtful touch of providing a bathrobe and slippers. ​One suggestion: Since guests are encouraged to use the provided slippers inside the room, it would be helpful to have a small piece of furniture or a bench near the entrance. This would allow guests to comfortably switch between their outdoor shoes and the slippers upon arrival."

"The positive things: amazing views, acomodating staff with special requests, fully equiped The negative ones: digital check in good idea, poorly executed, took us 20 minutes to get in to the room, cheap furniture, bugs in the room at night, walls need painting, very small room."

"Nos habíamos quedado aquí antes, en otra habitación, y nos fue muy bien, por eso decidimos volver. La cama es súper cómoda y la habitación es espaciosa. Además, piden no entrar con zapatos, lo que hace pensar que todo debería estar muy limpio. Sin embargo, las alfombras tipo esponja en los baños están bastante manchadas y no transmiten sensación de higiene, sobre todo porque no es un material fácil de lavar después de cada estadía. Creemos que sería mejor usar toallas de piso simples, para que el espacio se sienta más limpio."
