The staff was amazing, including helping us get to the correct train station to catch our TGV to Paris. Dinner at Le Parc was exceptional. Finally, the location is exceptional for champagne tours - with two of the best right across the street. This is a stay for your bucket list."

"Safe and secluded in Eperney! Parking here was the easiest in France! Our welcome was gracious and our room was extremely spacious. We had a WC and bath with robes and slippers. The courtyard was quaint for wine and or coffee. The staff went above and beyond and beyond helping us. The pool was not my favorite as it was inclosed but I can see how in normal weather it would have an advantage. Did I mention the courtyard was very nice? They also had a salon for chilling. "Parking in a structure was somewhat easy. It was super busy. Tons of restaurants and bars out front of the hotel. Room was fairy quiet since we faced into the street. Did hear people screaming at 4am for awhile. Ac was struggling to keep room cool but that’s ok. Breakfast got slammed with people and they quickly ran out of things or it was taking awhile to bring out more. The man who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was nice."

"This was our second stay at this hotel an ideal final stop before travelling to Calais for the Chunnel back to Folkestone. A bonus they take dogs who are also allowed in the bar areas. Rooms are light spacious v comfortable & modern with excellent amenities. On site parking is brilliant especially as its underground & secure which means you don’t hve to unload the car. Staff are courteous & v helpful. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Reims and will continue to use this hotel the...
