"Staff was great. Room was clean. But the first night we stayed, the thing that was missing was body wash…in the shower they put shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. I told the cleaning lady about it and she said she will change the hand wash to body wash but never did."

"My wife and I found our room to be very comfortable and quiet. We arrived at Union Station from Boston via the Acella. It was an easy five minute walk to The Phoenix. The Capital was an easy 20 minute walk. The hotel’s Dubliner restaurant was far too noisy for us. The food was OK. The Corner Cafe was just a couple of hundred feet down the road and the breakfast food was very good. We would not hesitate to stay at The Phoenix again."

"The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the elevator system is very efficient, and the location is great. We were able to easily walk to the sites and restaurants. Our room was quite small. The parking garage is less than a block from the hotel, was clean and secure, and the parking rate was discounted because we stayed at the hotel. For the high cost of the stay, breakfast should be included."

"We had a wonderful experience staying here! Everything was very clean, the staff were very kind and helpful. We traveled with our 9 month old daughter and it was a breeze! The room we stayed in was larger so it was great for a family. Plenty of space for a stroller, car seat, and other baby supplies. High recommend for anyone!"
