"The hotel location was excellent, less than five minutes from the main square and just one block from San Pedro Market. We stayed for one week, and everything was great. The restaurant staff was incredibly friendly and polite. Kiki was a lovely bonus (the hotel’s pet llama!). They offer laundry service; however, there are several options across the street for about half the price, and they deliver to the reception. We would definitely choose this hotel again."

"Nice location. Very very friendly and accommodating staff. Great ambience. Every floor has its own lobby with library type ambience. Very nice. Neat and clean. Only 1 concern ie., 5 electrical wall sockets around bed, each of which had 2 plugs ie out of total 10 plugs.. only 1 plug (farthest one) was working, rest 9 don't work !! Thus the room heater given in room wasn't of any use because the plug in it's reach has no power. There are night lamps on both side of bed, but there was no switch for it (nor it's touch operated, nor the socket to which it was plugged had power). It was 1 short night stay, so we managed. Hopefully this is one off such room (or maybe there was a master switch somewhere i wasn't able to find). Rest everything was great for a night stay."

"The hotel is across the road from the markets. The location is excellent to explore the city from. The rooms were a good size. It is a basic, very clean hotel."

"We broke a cheap glass that had some red wine in it, and used a bathroom towel to clean it up. They demanded 12 soles for both damages. Although not a lot of money, the principal stands, hotels should never charge for an accident. They ended up calling the room at nearly 11pm while we were sleeping to notify us they are charging this amount. Just crazy. I’ll never stay here again "
