"A atendente da recepção é boa. Mas, os outros funcionarios são péssimos. Uma das mulheres da limpeza –não sabemos o nome, mas é uma magra que se recusa a usar uniforme e veste short de academia para trabalhar – é extremamente mal educada. Ela briga com as outras funcionárias no café da manhã, fala alto, faz fofoca e, quando acabou o nosso papel higiênico, pois não repuseram, ela disse que "acabou, não tem, ninguém comprou" e ao ser questionada por outra funcionária que estava junto ela respondeu...

"I am surprised this place is only 1 star, I would say it's a 3 star really. Being really picky but the telly in the room could of been bigger. I guess what should be included is a mosquito net, the mosquitoes on this island are savage. I had bites on bites. I was bathing in mosquito repellent and still was getting bitten."

"Acomodações sofríveis, matei duas baratas, uma no banheiro outra no quarto. O chuveiro a água caía para os lados e não sobre a gente. No banheiro não tinha nem um cabide para pendurar toalhas. O Hotel tinha várias salas com móveis e colchões desativados, parecendo depósitos. "

"we loved the location of de pousada but a part from that it was really bad - a lot of mold in the room and we stayed several days - not once the rooms were cleaned, breakfast was not as described (way less and way more basic, fruits were missing no juices etc.). after day 6 we asked if they could fill up the toilet paper and they just handed my friend a box to fill it up since they don't do it. very disappointed about the place a part from the great location."

"Atendimento e limpeza muito bom! Mas falta uma manutenção nos quartos e na pousada, paredes com mofo, porta papel higiênico e suporte de parede para shampoo quebrados. Pouca tomada e o jogo de toalhas bem desgastado (principalmente o tapete do banheiro). Café da manhã simples, nosso primeiro dia não tinha nem ovo, suco em pó, não tinha requeijão também. Achamos o colchão mole também e a tv do quarto mal localizada. "
