"The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool"

"It was “ok”. Has clearly gone downhill in past few months. Leaky air conditioner in hallway dripping into bucket but floor also felt squishy. Dark stains on carpet in room. Weird paint chipping on tub. Queens beds super “springy” uncomfortable. Room phone didn’t work at all. Internet just adequate. Pros: Friendly staff. Easy parking. Convenient location. Basic breakfast. If you want biscuits and gravy roll the dice."

"I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down."

"Hotel had a grungy feel. No supplies in room. Pillows were small and square like cushions. Check-in was slow with several technical issues. Breakfast was OK for this price range.u"

"The GPS map leading you to the property takes you down some super tight one lane roads that are really curvy and also on a steep incline and decline. The other thing is, when you pull up to the area to unload and check in, it's just a blank lobby with no signs for direction. You go in at the garage level and there is an empty space with 4 elevators but no signs telling you where to go. You have to take the elevator to the 1st floor to check in and then go back down to the garage level to get...
