"My stays at the Osage Casino and Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma are consistently wonderful experiences. The areas near the rooms are very calm and quiet, and the entire establishment is clean and well-maintained. My only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the personalization of each guest's stay. It would be delightful if every guest could feel as though they are the sole guest, receiving a more personal experience rather than just checking into a hotel like any other. Perhaps more one-on-one interactions between staff members and guests could facilitate this. One thing that no one's ever talked to me about is the breakfast I never knew that there was a specialized breakfast."

"Hot tub was dirty, there was a lizard in the hall way, there was a hole in the ceilings, some of the hall walls were damaged, for the amount you pay, they should be able to do decent upkeep."

"We were looking for a different hotel, one that is not cookie-cutter, but yet reasonable in price. This is it! It has a nice western lodge vibe, is clean & spacious. The free breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night but we'll be back!"
