"I want to start with what I liked: The unit is very spacious and the AC works great. Beds are comfortable and showers and toilets work well. Everything was very clean. Some minor maintenance issues, but those can be overlooked. You are renting a home and not a hotel after all. The property has ocean access - not a real beach. "The condo was not in great shape and smelled bad but we got air fresheners to hang up and it was better, but it had mold on the walls, otherwise it was a clean place had a nice balcony, and the pools were spectacular, including the waterpark for my grandson. But one shower had no hot water, it was run down and the smell was not good:( I would stay on the property again but not that condo due to the condition and check in was a pain , as you get your key from somewhere else down the road, it took...
