"lovely hotel on the outskirts of zakopane perfect for travelling to the mountains. room was lovely and clean and beds very comfy. staff were so kind and helpful with any questions and the restaurant attached had amazing food. only slight issue was a limited amount of parking spaces, we rented a car and had to park just outside the front door on our second night. not the end of the world though and we have come on an exceptionally busy weekend! highly recommend staying here"

"The to floor room had beautiful views, which was main factor of us choosing the hotel, but the half of apartment was under angled ceilings and we kept hitting our heads over it, couldn't even sit at the dinning table without bending in order to sit at the chair and not hit our head. Other then that was great we had a great time in Zakopane."

"The room was a large well equipped room on the 4 floor with a mountain veiw with both bath and shower .breakfast was buffet style tasty but very busy and was hard to get to the buffet at times .Pool was lovely and clean the outdoor hot tub has lovely mountain veiws .Easy acess to main street in zakopane about a 10 minute walk down hill from hotel .Staff helpful and most speak excelkent english .Good enviromental incentives at this hotel .On the whole an excelkent choice for a comfortable convienent stay at zakopane ."

"There were a lot of children. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent and a lot better than most hotel buffets. Fruit juice and hot drinks were included at dinner. The dinner finishes at 2000 which is a little early. The parking charges are very expensive - try to get a place on one of the areas of rough ground near either entrance to the hotel car park."
