"Great place to stay especially with kids! Right off the interstate, places to eat and shop near by. We did stay when there were larger groups staying there so it made it tricky to find a place to sit for happy hour or swim in the evenings. Overall, we were pleased with everything! "

"Rize is a great restaurant! The only additional requests I would ask is that a small personal fridge be an option, or an option to clean the mini bar since it’s not weighted. As well as an option to include a microwave in the room. Though not all stays are extended beyond a day or two, families still love to stay here and may be staying for a few days. This would support those extended stays, just as options to be added into the room, or in the mini bars case, the fridge to be cleared. "

"Clean room, pleasent staff and tasty food. Parking was a little confusing when exiting and the toiletries smelled nice but were all for men. Other than that everything was great! "

" Avoid This Hotel – Failures at Every Step Rating: 1/5 Stars The service here is nonexistent. It started before I even booked: I called three times to ask about rates, and customer service hung up on me every single time. It only got worse from there: • The Shuttle: I waited 90 minutes at the airport. I called the front desk four times, and though they kept claiming the driver was "on the way," I was left stranded for an hour and a half. • Housekeeping: Despite four separate requests on my first day, no one ever showed up to clean the room. • Maintenance: The TV was broken. A repairman "fixed" it, but it stopped working again by the very next morning. They are quick to give excuses over the phone but fail to actually provide the services promised. Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere."

"The room was clean and well kept, staff was great and the pool and hot tub were great with the kids. They did have a gym that looked like a nice hotel gym as well. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel that was free as well. Location was great as well. Highly recommend. "
