"Cabin was very clean . The furniture was old but in good condition. Kitchen only had one burner but plenty of pots/pans utensils etc. After busy day I would have appreciated somewhere to sit comfortably, the futon was okay. Beds were good and clean bedding. The road was very busy and a bit weary crossing with children. The dock was fine and we caught fish! Great location to Bon echo park. Stay was good for a couple of nights. Parking tight if you have a truck. "

"What a great spot. Everything as advertised. Actually could have advertised even better. Loved outdoor shower. Which had great supply of hot water my granddaughter who came for a day thought it was the greatest thing ever. Everything thought of carefully. Blankets Extreamly clean towels little things like immediate need tea coffee fully equipped kitchen with good quality utensils. Fire wood for the night. WOW element. "

"This place is in the center of the action in the Pretty town of Perth, restaurants, parks and shopping in all directions. The Sheriffs Quarters were awesome, welcoming air conditioning as we arrived, spotlessly clean and well appointed and decorated. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs at Coutts Cafe as we sat by the river Tay, it was like a movie scene, just beautiful. We hope to return next year."
