"I recently stayed in this hotel with my 2 sisters for 8 nights. The hotel is in a good location; very modern and in excellent condition. It was very clean and spacious and had all modern amenities. Our booking included breakfast and dinner and these were superb. There was such a wide range of foods to choose from and included chefs cooking dishes to order. We have travelled a lot but would hands down say this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in! This was really down to the staff who were all very helpful. In particular Chef Dilip and his restaurant team deserve a lot of praise. They were so attentive and kind and took such good care of us. They made us feel so welcome and cared for. The staff members who looked after us and need recognition are Ajay, Dev, Gokul, Lav, Tanya, Jaya and Preeti. All the others were lovely too but these are the ones we saw regularly. The hotel also has a desk that arranges tours which were excellently managed by Aamir. He helped us plan some lovely trips and answered our many questions and was so lovely and patient. We also had an excellent driver for some of our trips (again organised by the hotel) who also took very good care of us. He made us feel safe, took great care of us and was very knowledgeable. Thank you Prem. I would highly recommend this hotel purely for the amazing staff :-)"
