Great place to reconnect with your love one!

We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia hotel. The boutique hotel is beautiful and the location is great, right in the middle of downtown Santiago and within walking distance to most attractions, yet very quiet. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. I loved the Aubrey Hotel, it's two large houses turned into a boutique hotel with great style and very intimate feel to the back terrace and the piano bar. The staff made the trip extra special. Unique, quirky, different, memorable. This is a great hotel that will ensure a memorable stay while in Valparaiso. Each hotel room is an adapted shipping container. All furniture in the hotel is recycled/repurposed from other uses. Great views from the room balconies, the breakfast area and the rooftop bar. The service was excellent and the breakfast offerings varied and great quality.

The service my wife and I received was excellent, especially from Mr. Alfonso and Ms. Alison, who assisted us even before our arrival. Throughout our one-week stay, they were always helpful in recommending activities and places to visit in Santiago. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the metro station, making it a great choice for those who wish to use public transportation. We would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Santiago!

Beautiful beautiful place clean rooms very nice

Love the new addition of the game room next to the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were efficiently helped with dinner reservations and changes to our ski excursion. We also love the extras - a bottle of wine and a sandwich this time, but it’s litterally the luck of your draw. Last time we received free buffet breakfast and wine. A great place to stay. It is in the best part of Valparaíso, the safest area with excellent restaurants near. The staff is helpful and all speak English. Sophia was my favorite, she was kind and helpful. Pablo the manager was like a long lost friend. You choose your own breakfast options. The value here is incredible. I would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing hotel!

Situated on an unremarkable street, Hotel Boutique Matildas stands out as a beautifully renovated and architecturally important reminder of an elegant and bygone era. For my wife and I, it was great to see wonderfully carved wooden banisters, ultra high ceilings having intricate crown moldings.
