"The best part about this place is the very central location if you can find the teeny sign. We must have driven around the block several times before parking and walking around to look for the address. The Chiado is extremely dense, crowded, and hillly but once you get used to it, it has its charm. Street parking is almost impossible but we did manage to find spots right in front of the building! Nearby underground parking is nearby and quite reasonable if you use a parking app.
