"This property was absolutely amazing! The accommodations were well appointed. The beds and common indoor and outdoor furniture were extremely comfortable. The proximity to beach and water was exactly what we were looking for in our Bahamas rental. The quiet environment and beautiful views made our trip. We also enjoyed the proximity to the resort beach, pool, dining, and gym. Our host Mike was very responsive and had an amazing book that answered all of our questions. We followed his instructions for buying fresh fish at the local market and cooked it ourselves for a delicious dinner! We hope to book again!! Thank you! "

"I have stayed at a lot of Vrbo and “the other” properties and I rank this as one of the best. So clean, great location and lots of little extras stocked for our arrival. But by far the host Winnie is what puts it over the top. She is so helpful and accommodating, kind and professional that she absolutely made our trip. Fred is also the best. Always on time, and it was like having our own private tour guide. Just the best!!"

The food is excellent and there are activities for everyone: diving, snorkling, fishing,kayaking, walking, biking, swimming or just sitting! Close to nature."
