"great property. great stay. host was great to work with."

"House is not child or elderly friendly. Had issues at check in getting into home. Had power outage while there no flashlights or light source at property. I requested to stay an additional 2 days for business, was told they would check availability and get back to me. They never did! Had to send message because no one had picked up garbage for over 2 weeks. Also, no wash clothes on site?"

"The house is beautiful and the hot tub is fabulous!!! It's located in a quiet, peaceful area that's just minutes from the main drag in North Conway with shopping and restaurants, and not far from a ton of activities like hiking, kayaking, canoeing, etc., etc.The host was very informative about the various electronics in the house and how to use the hot tub. If we had any questions at all, he was just a text or phone call away!"

"I give 5 star but this place need 10 star. Place is exactly what we need to disconnect of the routine . I regret not to stay more time definitely I will go back . Communication with Justin was Excellent."

"When you rent a tent site, your neighbors are visible and audible. When you rent the Ava Jade yurt, you are completely secluded in the woods. The woodstove heated the yurt rapidly so we were comfortably warm our entire stay. The yurt was well appointed and we had everything we needed including games! I would love to return."

"Nice little river spot to cool off nearby. The yurt was comfortable. You have to haul off your own trash so plan ahead."

"What a wonderful, private scenic spot! It was a great way to unplug, relax and enjoy the nature around you. With that said, you are 15 mins away from Fryeburg where you can grab a great cup of coffee at Fair Grounds to fuel you up while you drive through the White Mountains."

"Leaking shower not very hot water. Uncomfotable footons. Fridge had food in it.no lights to get up the stairs. "

"Quiet and cozy. Right off the Kamcam"

"Accessibility to lofts unsafe"

"We had a great stay at this property for two nights. The check-in process was seamless, and Jeremy was a great host with excellent communication throughout our stay. The location was perfect, only about a 10-minute drive from North Conway while still being in a nice, quiet area. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were six beds available along with large couches, so there was plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was also a great addition and made the stay even more...

"Stayed here with 3 families of five each. We all had a room next to each other on the strip which made it fun for the little ones to hand out"
