"It was almost perfect . Great location, amenities and hosts . Communication was excellent and all small issues solved at once. It’s on the first floor though , so very dark as you need to keep the shades down for privacy. I’m a wake up with the sun person so it was a bit dreary for us but definitely not a deal breaker. Would stay again"

"This is a wonderful spot for couples. This rental takes up the basement of a home in a very quiet neighborhood north of the Denver Tech Center. The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. "

"One of our best experiences ever with VRBO. The house was nice. Very clean. Everything worked. Very comfortable for us while in town for a wedding. The open kitchen/dining/living room area led to more family interaction. Also, several walks on the beautiful Hi Line trail which is accessed 2 blocks away. Enjoyed some time on the back patio as well. Relaxed family time.I highly recommend this house and host.Tim"

"Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something...

"Our Host was very helpful with any questions we had. Property was in a good location to get to different sites in the area. It was nice to have a grill to use since the place only had a kitchenette with a toaster oven. The patio was nice to eat breakfast at or relax in the evening."

"We had a fantastic stay. The property was just as described, clean, maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and close to everything. Also, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was lovely.The host was very communicative and responsive throughout, which made check in and our entire stay stress free.
