"Positives are that staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Also, the hotel is located not far from the piazza castello and main Porto Susa stations (both a bus or tram ride away ). Free breakfast was sufficient.
However, there are many negatives. This is advertised as a 3* hotel but it is definitely not. The room was clean but very tired and in real need of renovation. Some of the workers are hanging off the wall - dangerous! There is NO mirror in the room. Not a dressing mirror or a full...

"It was a very nice place to stay. Students were still there studying but they keep to their own. The room was clean, the area was easy to get to as it was near the train station (Porta Susa) - town centre was a 30 min walk away which was great.
