"The hotel overall experience was great this is my third time visiting and unfortunately the service at the restaurant was kind of tricky first night ask for one dinner plate when the bill came they charged for two meals that I didn’t ask when I told the waitress she said the only thing she could do was prepare the meal and wait for it for next day we were at the pool aks for some nachos and she came with a bucket an beers and argued my husband ask for it which wasn’t true the las t straw was...

"Lobby was very nice n clean. Bar staff outstanding. Rooms need updating badly, Very damp carpet n valance were dirty."

"Una buena localización todo cerca. El estacionamiento es malísimo. Los baños no estaban tan limpios una de los baños no bajaba. Los cuartos le falta actualización. Las camas cómodas. La seguridad estaba bien. Lo recomiendo para una emergencia que no consigan otro lugar."

"Site stated that there were queen beds, but they were the size of full size beds. When I asked the staff, I was told that that's the size of queens in Puerto Rico. There was no hair dryer, iron, or even a clock with outlets in the room. This room was not worth the price :("
