"First, the staff is VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. The hotel is old and it’s in a small town. On the good side, they do offer breakfast, which is not indicated on the Expedia site or app. If you are wondering, yes, they have a waffle iron and batter. Our room had a very musty smell, as if a homeless person with musty clothes and body odor has been staying there. The mustiness was also coming out of the A/C unit. "This property is giving Motel 6 vibes. When we arrived, our room didn’t have any toiletries, so we had to call the front desk The cleanliness was disappointing. The bedroom floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly—I noticed a sticky, clear substance between the bed and the nightstand that should have been obvious to housekeeping. If something that noticeable was missed, it makes me question how well the floors were actually cleaned. When I pulled back the sheets, I found what looked like...

"Staff is exceptional. This is our 3rd stay because they have treated us so well. We were in Rome area back and forth looking at houses to buy. So glad we found this great location to make it so convenient. We will be back and refer to family and friends when they come to visit. Clean, convenient location, safe, cozy, exceptional price.
