"The communication was absolutely top-notch. It made check-in incredibly easy after a very long day of traveling. There is no waiting at a check-in desk. We just walked in and got our room and went to bed. We asked for food reservations and things in the area and they were Right on top of it very quick to respond and had some great ideas. They were very attentive and kind the rooms were very clean. The towels were very soft. The beds were comfortable, and the views of the water with the moonlight were perfect."

"My stay at the Spoke and Vine in Room #12 was fantastic. The room was clean, updated, and perfectly suited to my needs. It was quiet, which made for a very comfortable and restful experience. The breakfast was just right—featuring excellent local coffee, fresh fruit, granola, and yogurt. The only thing I wish the room had was a suitcase stand, which would’ve added a bit more convenience. The walkable proximity to downtown Palisade and its restaurants was a major plus. I’d definitely stay here again. The staff were amazing, and Kate in particular was incredibly helpful and welcoming."

"Anna is awesome. They did not have our reservation and had closed the hotel for the season. She immediately opened and made ready a cabin for us. She made us dinner, even though the bar/restaurant are under construction. We will definitely stay there again and look forward to seeing all the new updates."
