"This is a wonderful historic property if you're into a vintage stay. We were. The home is lovely. The only disadvantages are not having a host on-site and having to get luggage up the stairs without an elevator or bellhop assitance; there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. And being vintage, it takes quite a while to adjust the temperature to where you want it. Also, it would be helpful to have television instructions; we were never able to figure out how to get anything on the TV."

"Bed bugs in upstairs bedroom!!!Unfortunately we had a terrible experience both during and following our stay. During the stay the air conditioning was not functioning properly and we were forced to use portable AC units that didn’t get the temperature below 78 in the house.Three people sleeping upstairs had bed bug bites and upon searching the two beds we found numerous bugs. "We loved the ease of access from parking to our room. Quiet during evening hours. Room was clean, would have liked to have 4 pillows on the bed instead of 3, but we borrowed the pillow that was for the sofa bed. Breakfast options were ok, but nothing exciting so we ate breakfast out 2 out of 3 days. The hotel is close to everything and has quick access to the freeway. Would definitely recommend this option to others."

"It is an older facility, however it was clean and the staff friendly. My key card stopped working and she replaced with no problem. No Breakfast, but the coffee was tasty. My only issue was that they allow pets. It was a rainy day so I could smell the wet dog smell from somewhere. I think it was coming from the hall. other than that no other complaints."

"What a lovely tiny home. I enjoyed my stay in this peaceful, rustic sanctuary that made me feel a part of history and nature. Sharon herself was a delight. I have a knee injury and didn’t want to risk the loft ladder. Pullout couch was quite firm, though, so I might bring my own mattress topper next time I stay. Lots of cute shops and places to check out in Centerville."
