"No heat in the room! Awoke to a room temp. of 67 F . Asked for a different room but was told that unless I was staying for two nights then there were no rooms available for me ! They had experienced heat problems in the past but thought it was fixed. At breakfast everyone had to wear jackets Breakfast had zero non dairy options for food. Worst stay ever in a Hampton in over 25 years of being a Hilton Honors member . "

No pool, No laundry, No TV in breakfast area, watered down Orange juice, no Manager on duty at night during check in at 6:00 pm nor in the morning when we checked out at 9:00 am . Front desk staff and breakfast staff could not address any of our concerns! No building signage! We should have been told this location was under renovation! Very very disappointed!"
