"Excellent location. Excellent staff, excellent property. Excellent wifi. Just the restaurant prices, little bit expensive. And the shower water pressure a little low, but still useable :) Very nice advices and accomodation from the staff, to go dive in Oslob with the Sharks :) I would go back if I had a chance, in the future :)"

"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional. "Hotel is really nice and very peaceful. You have your own private across to ocean right from the resort, with corals great for diving. A bit far from main part of town if you want to get places to eat, will take like 15 minutes on scotter. Overall amazing resort for the price."
