The room was very comfortable and had an amazing view of the mountains and the city. Although it was a relatively short stay, it started to feel like home. The Avida Riala property as a whole was very clean, peaceful, and quiet. Lobby staff were very polite and helpful as well. I also love the location, I felt like I was walking distance to everything I needed. Book with confidence!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. We didnt use the gym or pools but the location was great having the mall and souch more within walking distance. I highly recommend for a couple .

The property’s amenities is excellent. The unit that rented needs a lot deep cleaning and improvements. Comfort Room is dirty. Spoon n fork try is rusting. Beddings are itchy felt unwashed.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The place is charming and clean, though the sink faucets It had all the basic amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. One minor issue we noticed was that a few of the faucets were a bit wobbly and showed some wear, but they were still functional and did not significantly affect our stay. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive from booking to check-out, which made the entire experience hassle-free. The location is truly one of its best features—perfectly situated with easy access to everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

The place was clean and comfortable for two people max. The only downside is the communication between the host. It takes at least 24hrs to get a reply back. Honestly, if you are staying for few days 5 days max, it should be no problem as you would not need cleaning or fresh towels. I would have given this place 5 out of 5 if I was staying for 5 days or less. I booked for almost a month. If you stay more than a week then I recommend looking for other places as communication is poor. I asked for cleaning once a week but not once did they clean the place to vacuum even when I asked for it. They only changed bed sheets and gave one towel per week. Also there is a swimming pool and they only give one towel per person. They should give one towel for bathroom shower and one for the swimming pool. I literally had to beg every week for extra towels. So my verdict is that if you stay 5 days or less this is a great place. Stay more than that then I suggest somewhere else.

I enjoyed my stay, condo was in good condition bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but satisfactory. Overall I would recommend this to anyone needing to find a place in the area. I would also rent again. Very good communication from property management and or owner.

I had such a great experience staying! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect — quiet and safe, but still close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent. They were very friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail — little touches like complimentary coffee. Oh! and you can use the pool. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

We did not like the fact that we were given a different room when we arrived not only it was a different room but the shower is broken where we can’t shower after a long flight and no Internet. It took days for the owner/rep to respond to our requests like iron, extra sheets ( we stayed for 29 days) toiletries and other stuff they listed will be provided. It’s not that we can’t afford it but it was expected as part of the package. We got sick so we checked the AC filter and it has thick lint and dust! The view was good and the location was perfect because we can walk to practically everything.

What was unique in the place is that it was spacious. Our family of 6 perfectly fits. The unit also was homey, smelling good and well-kept. The space was also near to the mall and convenience stores. Transaction went smoothly. I would take this unit again if I visit Cebu in the near future. I would also recommend this to my sister and friends when they visit the Queen City of the South.

Beautiful building located centrally to many retail stores, anything you could need or want is within walking distance(banks, restaurants, mall), the neighbors are welcoming, the staff is friendly, security is top notch.
