"I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'Hôte, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring."

"A bit in the middle of nowhere, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. We arrived after a long drive and found a very good outdoor swimming pool to relax in. They also have a very decent restaurant which is important because we didn't see anywhere else to eat nearly."

"Likely one of the strangest check-in experiences of my life. Admittedly, we got in late (11pm). I called the phone number indicated and was eventually greeted by a shirtless, shoeless man. He called another person on the phone, yelled for a bit, and then escorted me to the room. I can’t be sure because of the language barrier, but I’m 90% sure he was inviting me to his room for a drink after we dropped off the luggage. He came right into the room with me and I briefly saw my life flash...

"Mooi en rustig gelegen. De medewerker sprak een klein beetje engels maar genoeg om elkaar te begrijpen. Het zwembad was een welkome aanvullen met het warme weer. In het nabijgelegen dorpje waren er alleen niet veel opties voor het avond eten. Enige verbeterpunt voor de accommodatie is wellicht een schaduwplaats voor het parkeren van je auto. Toen wij er waren was het zeer warm en enkel plaats in de volle zon."
