"Location, location! Walk the driveway and you are right at Governors Beach - my favorite! I rented a 3BR unit for myself and my young daughters. We each had a bedroom with full bath and closet - it was so good. Laundry happened to be 3 doors down. Only did one load to freshen our beach towels. Machines were quick and efficient. You can dry wet items in the room. Airflow was great and the didnt stay damp. Note: Bath towel set does not include washcloths. Kitchen was decently appointed but some essentials were missing. No oven mitt despite extensive cookware options. Baking sheets and rolling pin but nothing to measure - just an FYI. They charge to clean the room unless you stay for 7 nights or more. We got a midweek clean included. There are no cleaning supplies included (paper towels, dish soap, etc. ) So plan to bring or buy. Also, the only appliances are coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Certainly a decent basic kitchen setup, but less than Im used to in a self-catering accomodation. Thats the only mark Im taking off!
