"Superb property in Church Fenton. Perfectly situated for trips to York, Leeds and other places in Yorkshire. The property itself was high quality and thoughtfully appointed. Will definitely be back to stay, highly recommended."

"Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered. The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The property is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but in reality it has...

"Great stay, was a perfect location in York. Good communication with host, clean and a good amount of room"

"Beautiful apartment, had everything we needed for a one night stay and a close walk to city centre, would definitely stay again."

"Great location, very clean with great facilities and communication with host was excellent"

"Very nice clean apartment, had everything we needed. It is small but would be perfect for a couple. We managed as a family of 4 and its in a great location not far from York. Bed is super comfy. We had a lovely time."

"Very clean and fully equipped lodge. Comfy bed, table and chairs settee and small tv. The property is central to all our needs, with great pubs, restaurants and an amazing air museum all within a short drive.. Evenings by the fire pit, are a must. We will definitely be back ........soon"

"From the moment I arrived, the scenery was beautiful. The lake with various different birds, the trees, forest etc. I loved the cabin, just perfect along with the outdoor fire pit/bbq where you buy logs through an app. I will definately be visiting again. Loved it 😊😊😊😊😊"

"A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again."

"Tolle Wohnung und tolle Lage!"

"Property very clean, easy check-in, good communication from the owner. Will return."

"The property is on the ground floor with about 3 steps to the door itself, check in was a breeze with a lockbox and codes provided for entry into the building. The flat is located 5-7mins from The centre of York and the taxis into the centre are all reasonably priced. The flat was clean and tidy and even had some milk in the fridge for a cuppa to save a walk to the shops. Parking is directly outside the flat with no issues to find a space. Only niggle on a great stay was the doors having a life...

"The development in which the apartment is located is attractive and a few minutes walk from the city centre. The accommodation is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, apart from the lack of a corkscrew. However, there were dirty saucepans in the cupboard and one had a handle so loose that it would have been dangerous to use. In addition, the instructions for the cooker in the flat were for another appliance The spout on the kitchen sink tap frequently separated from the base causing a...

"Spacious"

"Great location! Was a bit warm in the room but to be expected for the fine of year, air con would have been amazing"
