"The hotel was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part (ice and ordering food at the hotel restaurant.) The breakfast was great with lots of different options. My suggestions for this property involve the wi-fi signal, air conditioning and signage. Unless you’re in the lobby area the wi-fi signal was unreliable. Unless you speak to the front desk the air conditioning is subpar. You have no control of the temperature in your room. This was the most disappointing part of our stay even after requesting a colder temperature several times at the front desk. My family often woke up throughout the night because of how hot the room had become. The restaurant served the same special every night and even though we loved the cheesecake with hazelnuts and berry cream we felt there should have been more options. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the pool area was very nice. Finally, I suggest better signs and/or more signs showing directions to the hotel entrance. Several taxi drivers kept stopping at the restaurant door that is closed and there is no access to it because they couldn’t find the front entrance to the hotel. Overall, things were alright and there is room for improvement. While breakfast was great, dinner could be better. While the hotel lobby is nicely decorated you needed to be careful walking to the pool area without tripping over a mountain of towels. I honestly don’t think I would return just because of the a/c and wi-fi issues."
