It’s stocked with every possible amenity — even an espresso machine and ice maker. The kitchen is well stocked. The host is exceptionally responsive to any questions that may arise. Check in/out process was seamless. I would highly recommend for a 5-star experience."

Good Fish and Chip shop around the corner (had the Haddock with chips and curry which was delicious and a good portion size) and a sandwich bar that serves breakfast items too (bacon butties recommended). Really good bakers across the road with numerous choices. Close to Montrose town centre and beach and on the way in from Dundee and the North. Benefit of Netflix on site and free WiFi. Accommodation is 3A which...

"Ike was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The apartment was clean and warm. The beds and couch were comfy. Water pressure was low and cold. But we made it work. Would stay again. Excellent location on the river. "
