"Clean, great staff and shuttle service, the room was loud, could hear our neighbors. All in all a good value!!! Tram is very close, as is the airport. When staff asked us upon leaving if everything was satisfactory, I said the room was a bit loud, he then offered us free breakfast, we declined, but they gave us free croissants and coffee! Very hospitable!"

"Hotel is very clean and safe, rooms are small but absolutely fine for 3 nights we were there. It’s in a great location in the business district and next to a tram stop for easy and free transfers into the city and airport. They even have a free coffee machine in the lobby."

"Perfect short stay. Staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, excellent aircon and sound proofing, loads of parking. Burger place right next door (McDonald's adjacent) if you need to feed kids. Love key-code access to rooms, everywhere should do this! Fabulous communal area on ground floor with a little bar. Breakfast was included, our only negative was the croissants were a little over-done, which surprised us in France! Otherwise, top marks for Campanile."

"We were so impressed by every aspect of the hotel and staff. Each of us agreed it was the best hotel we’ve stayed in - anywhere! For work, I spend many, many nights in hotels. Some from the chain brands, others exclusive hotels with great reputations. I say with confidence, I have never experienced such universal first class service. The smiles were authentic, the greetings, warm and genuine, the care, personal and friendly. The attention to detail, noticing our needs, was outstanding. This applies from the concierge, the reception team, the restaurant staff, the cleaners, in fact everyone we encountered. It was quite extraordinary. The building is lovely, the decor high quality and the location perfect. In short, outstanding in our experience."
