"Check-in was easy if you follow the information sent by the host. He is very responsive to communication and attentive to the check-in process. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is in a very good area with clear signage marked for roadways. It was perfect for visiting family the area as it is just off I95 and easy to get around from its location. "Easy to book online. When i arrived at the site the desk clerk didnt want to check me in. He said that i shouldn't have been able to book a room because he was booked up. I told him that online it said 6 rooms left. He said well someone is not going to have a room because he already had other arrivals. I explain to him what the website said and I had my reservation number, I was an arrival and I needed to be checked in after driving for 12 hours. He finally processed my reservation and I was able to stay. He said it was a miscommunication between your website and his screen. Idk"

"The location was great as it was halfway between my home in MA and my vacation destination in Hilton Head Island SC. I was also traveling with my dog. I stayed on the way to HHI and then on the way back to MA. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations for dogs was ideal, with a large grassy area in the back of the motel for bio breaks. I had a superior non smoking room on the way down, and a standard non smoking room on the way back. Both rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, and included a mini fridge and microwave. There was ample parking, with a space available in front of the room. My only issue was the traffic and neighborhood noise, which was especially loud on the Saturday of my return, including fireworks which frightened my dog. Despite the noise, I would stay again, but next time I will bring earplugs and a white noise machine!"
