I expect from Expedia and hotel to refund at least half of the amount. I left not stayed the hotel with my family late night. And drived until midnight to find another property to stay one night. "We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!"
