"I beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Venice. Situated just 40 seconds walk from St Marks Square, it was ideal for my wife Sarah and I because we love the vibe of Venice , if you’re looking for a great location this is it. The staff are fantastic, the bedrooms spotless and very comfortable beds and pillows , air con is great. We would recommend for sure. "

"Fine for one night. Wouldn’t stay here again. The fridge or WiFi didn't work. The shower was hot then cold without changing the dial. "

"So close to the airport that we opted to walk 15 minutes instead of paying for a ride. Very secure property in a convenient location. Bed was comfortable. Staff responded quickly to questions before we arrived."

"Perfect spot overlooking the lagoon, with views of Venice and Burano from the balcony. Staff really helpful with the desk manned the majority of the time even though its a small property. Murano is busy by day quiet by night with most things closed by 19:00. There is a 24 hour ferry to the main Venice island from the Navagero stop which is 1 minute walk from the property."

"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

"Only stayed fo the evening. Staff when are arrived was so sweet and very kind. She helped us figure out the bus system to Venice. We left very early next morning so only spent and evening an the morning staff (gentleman) was also very very helpful and kind. The building was a bit disappointing for a BW. It really needed an update. Carpets didn’t feel clean. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Extr pillows in the cupboard were not clean. The outlet by the bed didn’t work appeared broken. Over all it was okay for a one night quick stay but was happy that was all. Needs renovations. Also traffic on the road was noisy all night long. "

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection of bacon, eggs and mini sausages. The waiting staff are lovely and happy to accommodate and hot drink requests. There is a rooftop terrace which is nice to relax in after a day of walking and this overlooks the lagoon too. All in all a great hotel that comes recommended. "
