"My second stay here won’t be my last. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel is pet-friendly. The location is fantastic, right next to many great restaurants and two major grocery chains. The train station is just a five-minute drive away, and the place is very safe, with a late-night security check patrol. The only inconvenience was that the TV doesn’t accept phone sharing, and the thermostat is so tricky that you have to call them if you need to change it. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy! "

"just booked a Hotel at Washington IAD with Expedia . Expedia charged me for 1 night a listed amount. At the Hotel 1 hour later I opened up the same Hotel website with Expedia and now it the costs much less incl all Taxes. Rip off !! I chatted with an Expedia agent but he mentioned he can't do anything and I have to stick with the higher price. Not a great customer service from Expedia !!!"

"First issue was the hotel desk clerk who had such a thick accent it was difficult to understand what he was saying. Next was everything was pay as you go. Whatever is typically free for guests at other hotels this place charges you for--(parking, breakfast)"

"Always a great stay with restaurants around and big and spacious rooms compared to all the other hotels in the vicinity. Add to that the great views regardless of which side of the hotel you stay on. "

"The hotel lobby was clean and well maintained, which made a good first impression. However, I was shocked by how long it took for the hot water to come out. Both the sink and shower had freezing cold water for an extended period before warming up, which was very inconvenient. The hotel lobby has snacks to purchase but no drinks like soda or juice. Only 1 vending machine in the whole hotel and most of the drinks were sold out my entire stay"
