"Very very nice hotel. Very clean, and modern - which were two things very important for me. And location is just perfect. I needed something near the West End and this hotel served its purpose beautifully. Highly recommended"

"The location was perfect. Just past the Tower tube stop. Rooms were spacious. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast well worth the cost. Two green spaces adjacent. Pickleball count across window. Fun to watch players. ZiZi’s restaurant just two blocks down and across the street Small reception area but always manned. Note: no hand rail on the stairs to the entrance. Difficult to manage with luggage"

"Thank you for the stay. The room was perfect for the price. Loved the mini kitchen"

"It is well situated, close to the tube and two Sainbury locations."

"Very good location near the Green Park tube station. Young man at the front desk (there each of the three days we stayed) was phenomenal. Older building ( with all that implies) but well kept up. Some street noise at night, and no A/C, but temperature was manageable. Liked our stay."

"Loved the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were informed regarding no air conditioner prior to arrival, but we figured since it was Oct it would not be a concern. It was hot in the apartment, but the staff was able to give us an extra fan."

"The room was as described but it is also important to note what you aren't getting. The biggest issue for me - as a professional on business, was the lack of an iron and ironing board in room. There was one iron and a miniature ironing board in the communal room serving the entire block of rooms on all floor, but on two occasions someone had taken it to their room so it was unavailable to use (at 6am). This wasn't a great deal cheaper than a hotel but the inconvenience in this regard is...

"Unique and comfortable stay. Lovely location next to Waterloo. Room was bigger than it looked online. Check it was good (contact them for checking instructions prior to your stay) It’s really not as loud as people say (yes there’s some noise from the trains)"

"Die Duschen laufen nicht so gut ansonsten alles super"

"location very good but check out at 11 is cery early"
