"Great staff Very clean"

"When we got there, an exterior door was jammed and would not open so we had to take our things all the way around the front of the building to go into our room. The microwave in our room did not work. We unplugged it re-plugged it and still no power. I was very concerned about the exterior door, not opening because it was a fire escape and I mentioned that to the front desk person, and they said they would look into it, but did not seem very concerned."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was musty and everything, our clothes, the bedding, furniture all felt damp. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:30, however most of it was already put away by around 9. Our electronic room key stopped working twice and the plumbing inside the wall by our bathroom kept making a clanking noise that never stopped. The manager told us they are getting ready to remodel the rooms, including new plumbing. Great location and price."
