"No hot water. Hole in the bathroom ceiling. Dismantled smoke detector above the bed. The people above us were fighting from 12pm until 3am. Called office 3 times to ask them to do something about the noise. They didn't do anything. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL"

"The coffee machine was not working , no juice or other condiments other than cereal lord knows how long it’s been there there wasn’t a pool as well and the ice machine was not working. The room had a little funky smell guess it was the carpet."
