"What a brilliant spot and apartment.
I can't rate this place highly enough and the contact with the staff to make the say enjoyable, down to our check in host recommending a restaurant as we arrived later on in the evening!
Spotlessly clean and tidy"

"This is a unique property, but it isn’t for everyone. The location is central to many sites and restaurants, but the neighborhood is just okay. It is very noisy, especially at night. The bedroom of the apartment is a loft and the stairs are a cross between stairs and a ladder. Could be difficult for some people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Nice apartment, very good location. However the address on hotels.com didn’t match with the actual address, we got dropped of a cab on the wrong place since we weren’t informed about the right address. The host were kind to pick us up though. "

"Excellent location in the center of Catania - public transportation easily available, bus to airport across the street, shops and restaurants in the area, and Catania’s baroque churches in the area.
Good size apt, should improve the bed.
Otherwise, all good!"

"Tutto come ci aspettavamo, posizione molto buona, 15 minuti da via Etnea a piedi, posto auto comodo, servizio check in/out e richieste ottimo, appartamento nuovo, qualche segno di inciviltà sui mobili ma poca roba. "

"**Poor location in Catania** Many rubbish on the street, feeling unsafe for female / young travelers
Unstable electricity supply, went off twice within 4 hours. The light in the living room is flickering. The owner refused to acknowledge the issue and was reluctant to take further remedies.
Overall, it is a clean apartment but not recommend for travelers. "

"Cousins, my daughter, and I came to Sicily to find our roots in a small village. We fell in love with Catania and the hotel was perfect! Everyone involved was so helpful and lines of communication were efficient, friendly, and professional. So grateful for this great place to stay. "

"Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nettuno! ❤️ The location was beautiful, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the views were amazing. A great place to stay while exploring Catania!"
"This property is incredible. First and foremost, Simone was such a wonderful concierge. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and truly set the tone for an amazing stay in Catania.
The room was modern, spotless, spacious, and had the most beautiful view of the Duomo. Waking up to that view was something special. I only wish I had more time to stay at the hotel and enjoy it.
And don’t forget to check out the rooftop. The views over Catania are absolutely beautiful and the perfect way to take in the city.
A fantastic property, an incredible location, and wonderful hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again."
"My family and I were stranded in Catania recently, when our flight was grounded for several days due to volcanic activity. We were fortunate enough to have found this gem of a hotel and I can’t begin to express how grateful we are to the family that runs this place. Their kindness to us during a very stressful time was heartwarming. And the hotel itself is amazing. There is an elevator onsite (a real treat among most smaller European city hotels). The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious, equipped with a kitchenette, a balcony, and air conditioning. The hotel breakfast (included) was a godsend, as was the onsite restaurant, where we had some of the most delicious meals we had in our month-long stay in Sicily. And the hotel’s location, right in the center of town, allowed us to explore many parts of Catania on foot. The entire staff went out of their way to make things easy and comfortable for us, even driving us to and from the airport when our flight was cancelled yet a third time! If you are ever in Catania do not even consider staying anywhere else!"
