"Loved this hotel, almost a home rather than a hotel. We had a HUGE room and large, but narrow balcony. Set in extensive grounds with pool (closed when we were there) and with tennis etc. Breakfast was modest but good, Dinner was very good. But arrived when everything was closed so couldnt get lunch or dinner so had to find food elswhere."

"This is an exceptional place to stay near Malpensa Airport. Eva is very efficient & helpful regarding check in and shuttle to from MXP (included in room price). "We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car.
