THE LOCATION

Mary Seahouse is located in the heart of Santa Maria di Leuca, a strategic spot from which you can easily access all main services, including bars, restaurants, gelaterias, and many other shops. The area is well-served, and it is possible to explore the entire town and main points of interest on foot.

Moreover, it’s quite easy to reach nearby locations: the Adriatic coast is just 3 km away, and the first beach on the Ionian coast (Marina di Felloniche) is only 2.5 km away.

THE HOUSE

Mary Seahouse is spread over two levels, offering a spacious and comfortable environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Ground floor (approximately 50 sqm), air-conditioned, includes:

- A bright double bedroom;

- Living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner and a relaxation area with a sofa and TV;

- A full bathroom with shower box and washing machine.

Basement floor (approximately 60 sqm), air-conditioned, can accommodate up to 6 people and includes:

- A large kitchen with a dining table, equipped kitchenette, and TV;

- Two bedrooms: one double and one quadruple, with a double bed and a bunk bed;

- A full bathroom with shower box and washing machine.

Additionally, the house features practical outdoor spaces: an entrance veranda furnished with a small seating area and, at the rear, a small courtyard with a convenient outdoor shower.

Finally, guests have access to free public parking available on-site, or alternatively, paid public parking nearby. During the high season, due to the influx of tourists, it may be more difficult to find parking in the immediate vicinity.

As mentioned, Mary Seahouse is in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, offering an excellent position to easily reach various summer markets and all the main commercial establishments such as bars, tobacconists, restaurants, gelaterias, supermarkets, etc. on foot.

It is also about 100 meters from the main seafront, from where you can reach the beach (both free and equipped) and enjoy the view of the characteristic nineteenth-century villas.

Santa Maria di Leuca is rich in history and heritage. We also suggest visiting the monumental staircase that connects the marine area to the Basilica and the lighthouse, as well as the numerous natural sea caves. These caves are located along both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts and can be easily explored on a boat tour.
