"Property in general: exterior, lobby, rooms and hallways need major upgrades. Property looks like it hasn’t seen any significant investment in 20 years. Breakfast was very low budget."

"We arrived onsite to check in after a five hour drive. I needed to use a restroom & there is a functioning restroom right next to the elevator, just past the lobby. Despite not having anything indicating it was a fully functional restroom, we were told there is no public restroom. I have the desk attendant meeting my info to verify my reservation. I asked again regarding the restroom and was again told there wasn’t a bathroom. I had to walk the bathroom & physically put my finger on the door...
