"The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was large, and the location is great for the price. That said, my bathroom had not been cleaned, and it was pretty disappointing (gross) to look in the shower and see a used wash cloth, hairs, and stains in the tub."

"When we went to check in they said they had some water leaks in some rooms so they did not have a room for us, the girl said she hadn't had time to call everyone yet. Terrible! All other hotels in the area were booked due to a convention. Had to scramble to find a room at another hotel, would have been nice if she would have offered to do that for us. Terrible customer service"

"Room was clean, could be cleaner. Bed sheets were old and flimsy. Air conditioning was strong. Breakfast was limited. Staff were friendly."
